Vincent must have heard that it was Candy Cane Day.
We played a review game for our Chapter 4 math test tomorrow.
We listened to the story “Katie the Candy Cane Fairy,” and then put the events in ordered.
After that, we graphed the colors of candy canes everyone brought it and discussed our data.
The students were very excited to see who was going to get their candy canes. I read them a Christmas story and every time I said right they passed the cane to the right and every time I said left they passed to the left.
To finish our candy cane day, we created some candy cane art. I taught them how to overlap the candy canes. Then we added some glitter for detail.
